Delivery

Saturday Delivery

We can offer Saturday delivery on parcels and pallets, at a surcharge. The surcharge for parcels is £14 and the surcharge for pallets is £45.

Delivery Times

All deliveries will be made between the hours of 9am and 5pm. You must ensure that your delivery address is easily accessible and that someone is available to sign for the delivery. If no one is available and the order is re-delivered, a re-delivery charge will be incurred. Pallet deliveries are kerb side only. The driver may not always be able to bring the pallet directly to your shop threshold.

Discrepancies

Any discrepancies with the order must be notified to us in writing to info@sweetandglory.com within 24 hr’s of the receipt. No liability will be accepted for discrepancies notified any later than 24 hr’s after receipt.

Pallet Deliveries

If your order is sent on a pallet then you have 15 minutes to check your order is intact and complete. No liability for any damages or discrepancies will be accepted if the proof of delivery is signed for as correct or unchecked. Pallet deliveries are kerb side only. The driver will not always be able to bring the pallet to your shop threshold.

Delivery Address

Orders will always be sent to the delivery/shipping address. Please ensure that you check that the delivery address entered is correct. We will not accept any liability for miss-delivery or re-delivery if the delivery address entered on the order is incorrect.

Same Day/Next Day Dispatch

Whilst we will always endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible and on the same day, we can not always guarantee this. 

Heat Sensitive Products

Any products that are sensitive to heat and are ordered during the summer months are done so at your own risk. We can not accept any liability for damage caused in transit due to warm weather.

Residential & Commercial Address

For pallet deliveries we can only deliver by default to a commercial property. If you require a pallet delivering to your residential address, please ensure you have made us aware of this as there will be a surcharge of £7.50 for a home delivery.
