If your order has been dispatched, unfortunately you cannot cancel it. If you would like to cancel an order you have placed and it has not yet been dispatched, you must contact us on +44(0)161 302 9290. We will advise if your order has been dispatched and therefore if we can cancel it or not. If the phone lines are closed, you must notify us in writing to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has not yet been dispatched or picked and packed, we will cancel and refund your order free of charge. If your order has not yet been dispatched but has been picked and packed, we will cancel and refund your order minus an administration fee of 10%.
Returning an item
We do not accept returns for items, unless they have been received in error or are defective. If you are returning an item because a picking error was made on our part or because it is defective, we will arrange the collection of the item(s) via DPD or PalletTrack. We will request that you adequately package up the items so that they can be safely transported back to us. We will also request that you package any items to be collected by DPD into as few parcels as possible within the restrictions of 25kg per parcel with no dimension greater than 1m. Upon receipt, back to us, of the erroneous or defective items, we will either raise a refund or send back out replacement items - whichever has been previously agreed with you.
Guarantees & Warranties
Whilst Sweet & Glory makes reasonable effort to ensure we sell only the highest quality goods, we do not offer any guarantee or warranty schemes other than those offered by the product manufacturers.
Terms & Conditions
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales and both you and Sweet & Glory agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
