Parcel delivery to the UK mainland starts at £7.10 for orders up to 25kg.
Free delivery thresholds rise with order value: orders over £150 ex VAT ship free up to 25kg, orders over £300 ex VAT free up to 50kg, orders over £450 ex VAT free up to 75kg, and orders over £600 ex VAT free up to 175kg.
UK offshore addresses follow the same structure at higher rates, starting at £15.00.
Pallet delivery is free on orders over £650 ex VAT.

Pallet Delivery
Larger orders are sent by pallet. Pallet delivery is free on orders over £650 ex VAT. Pallet deliveries are kerb side only and are made to commercial addresses by default.

Saturday Delivery
Saturday delivery is available on both parcels and pallets at a surcharge.
- Parcel surcharge: £10.00 for the first parcel, plus £3.00 for each additional parcel.
- Pallet surcharge: £45.00 per pallet.
Delivery Times
All deliveries are made between 8am and 4pm. Please make sure your delivery address is easily accessible and that someone is available to sign for the delivery. If nobody is available and the order has to be re-delivered, a re-delivery charge will be incurred.
Same Day and Next Day Dispatch
We will always endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible and on the same day, though we cannot always guarantee this.
Pallet Deliveries
If your order is sent on a pallet you have 15 minutes to check that it is intact and complete. No liability for damages or discrepancies will be accepted if the proof of delivery is signed for as correct or unchecked.
Pallet deliveries are kerb side only. The driver will not always be able to bring the pallet to your shop threshold. In some circumstances the driver may be willing to take the pallet away with them, but we cannot guarantee this. Removal of the pallet after unloading is entirely at the discretion of the delivery driver.
Residential and Commercial Addresses
Pallet deliveries are made to commercial properties by default. If you need a pallet delivered to a residential address, please let us know when ordering, as there is a surcharge of £7.50 for a home delivery.
Delivery Address
Orders are always sent to the delivery address entered on the order. Please check that this address is correct before completing your order. We cannot accept liability for mis-delivery or re-delivery where the delivery address entered on the order is incorrect.
Discrepancies
Any discrepancies with your order must be notified to us in writing at info@sweetandglory.com within 24 hrs of receipt. No liability will be accepted for discrepancies notified more than 24 hrs after receipt.
Heat Sensitive Products
Products that are sensitive to heat and ordered during the summer months are done so at your own risk. We cannot accept liability for damage caused in transit due to warm weather.
