Saturday Delivery

We can offer Saturday delivery on parcels and pallets, at a surcharge. The surcharge for parcels is £14 and the surcharge for pallets is £45.

Delivery Times

All deliveries will be made between the hours of 9am and 5pm. You must ensure that your delivery address is easily accessible and that someone is available to sign for the delivery. lino one is available and the order is re-delivered, a re-delivery charge will be incurred.


Any discrepancies with the order must be notified to us in writing to within 24 hr’s of the receipt. No liability will be accepted for discrepancies notified any later than 24 hr’s after receipt.

Pallet Deliveries

If you order is sent on a pallet then you have 15 minutes to check your order is intact and complete. No liability for any damages or discrepancies will be accepted if the proof of delivery is signed for as correct or unchecked.

Delivery Address

Orders will always be sent to the delivery/shipping address. Please ensure that you check that the delivery address entered is correct. We will not accept any liability for miss-delivery or re-delivery if the delivery address entered on the order is incorrect.

Same Day/Next Day Dispatch

Orders placed and paid for before midday will be dispatched on the same day. Whilst we will always endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible and on the same day if placed and paid for before midday, we can not always guarantee this. If you have ordered and paid before midday and we are unable to dispatch on the same day we will let you know as soon as possible.

Heat Sensitive Products

Any products that are sensitive to heat and are ordered during the summer months are done so at your own risk.We can not accept any liability for damage caused in transit due to warm weather.

Residential & Commercial Address

We will always assume that retail orders are being sent to a domestic address and wholesale and trade orders are being sent to a commercial address. If you are a wholesale customer and your delivery address is residential please advise as such in the notes section.This will not incur a charge but is for information purposes only.

Time Scales

Parcels and Pallets sent to Zone 1 will be sent on a 24hr service.
Parcels and Pallets sent to Zone 2 & 3 will be sent on a 2 to 5 day service depending on the remoteness of the delivery address
Parcels sent to Europe via Parcel Force or Hermes will be sent on a 3 to 5 day service
